Naturopathic Medicine at Blossom Wellness Clinic in Orangeville, Ontario, with a Naturopathic Doctor. The initial consultation is 75 minutes, with follow-up appointments of 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Appointments are available in person, and Naturopathic Medicine (Online) is bookable separately.
The initial consultation runs 75 minutes and covers more than the presenting concern — sleep, digestion, stress, medications and what you have already tried. Follow-up appointments are shorter, at 30, 45 or 60 minutes.
From there your ND sets out a plan and explains the reasoning. It is intended to work alongside the rest of your healthcare, not to replace it, and you are encouraged to keep your family physician informed. Online appointments cover the same ground where an in-person examination is not required.
Both are listed on our booking page. They are provided by different professionals in different care contexts and receipted under different professions, which can matter to your plan. This is not a ranking, and neither requires the other.
With Yaser Najafian, R.Ac. Our booking page describes acupuncture that may be combined with glass cupping. Receipted as acupuncture, not as naturopathic medicine.
Still deciding? Send us a question and describe it in a sentence — we would rather point you to the right appointment than have you book the wrong one.

Two of the most common reasons people book an initial appointment.
Digestive & Immune Health →Some clients come without a specific complaint, wanting a considered look at the whole picture.
General wellness care →Available as part of naturopathic care, distinct from our Registered Acupuncturist's practice.
A long, detailed history covering far more than the presenting concern.
Physical assessment where relevant, or a full discussion where the appointment is online.
Your ND sets out a plan and explains the thinking behind each part of it.
Follow-up appointments check what is working and adjust from there.

Naturopathic care is intended to sit alongside your existing healthcare. Keep your family physician in the picture, and tell your ND about everything you take.
