Physiotherapy at Blossom Wellness Clinic in Orangeville, Ontario. Assessment comes first: what hurts, how you move, and what the assessment can tell you about it. From there you get a plan — hands-on treatment, exercise, and the reasoning behind both, so you understand what you are working on and why.
Physiotherapy starts with an assessment. Your physiotherapist takes a history, watches how you move, and tests the joints and muscles involved to work out what is driving the problem rather than only where you feel it.
Treatment then combines hands-on work with exercise you take away with you. The initial appointment and the 45-minute follow-up run for the same length of time — what differs is the purpose. The first is largely assessment, so there is less time on treatment; follow-ups build on what that assessment found. A shorter 30-minute follow-up is also available.
Our booking page states that Navjot offers TMJ/TMJD treatment, including intraoral and extraoral techniques. Massage therapy and acupuncture are separate routes for jaw care, booked and receipted differently.
That page sets out which professions provide jaw care here, how each is booked and billed, and what happens at a first visit.
Still deciding? Send us a question and describe it in a sentence — we would rather point you to the right appointment than have you book the wrong one.

Your physiotherapist asks what happened, what makes it better or worse, and what you need to get back to.
The initial assessment exists precisely to answer this. If physiotherapy is not the right route, you will be told, and pointed somewhere that is.
